Health and Fitness Planner
Here is a look at my health and fitness planner. I think I have found the perfect cover for it! I am loving this Clear PVC ring binder that I purchased on Amazon, in A5 size. This planner was fairly inexpensive, so I don’t mind taking it to the gym with me. If it gets scratched or dirty, I’m not going to be heartbroken, like I would be with a leather planner.
So lets take a peak!
I love seeing the dividers through the front cover! The only downside so far, is not having a pen loop, but I solved this issue by clipping my pen to the strap.
Here are the six sections I am currently using: CALENDAR, WORKOUTS, JOURNAL, RECIPES, TRACKERS & NOTES
First, I like to write out my current fitness program on my monthly pages. This really comes in handy when I have a wedding or some other all-day event that will prevent me from working out. I can easily switch out my recovery days because I have such a broad view of the entire plan.
Next, I downloaded these printables from WorkOutLabs. You should check out their site if you are looking for a structured workout routine, and it has easily customizable printables to go with it. It does require a membership fee, but they have a free 14-day trial period, so check it out!
After that, I am keeping a small journal of how I feel after each workout.
My recipe section is still under construction because I just started a Keto based diet, and I’m still searching for my favorite recipes. When I find one I like, I upload it to PepperPlate, and then I print them out on half sheets of paper to store in my A5 planner.
I’m not too sure about this section, but I guess I really should make use of it.
In this section, I jot down notes that I take while watching ENDLESS YouTube videos.
Lastly, I made an Inspiration Board. But, I’m thinking about moving this to the front of my planner, kind of like a dashboard that I can see through the cover.
