21-Day Fix Spread In My Bullet Journal

January 10, 2018

21-DAY FIX SPREAD IN MY BULLET JOURNAL

A few years ago I embarked on the 21-Day Fix journey. It has been and continues to be my favorite workout program. I’m about a week into it at the moment, so I thought I would share the bullet journal spread I’m using to document my journey.

Here is a look at one of the spreads. There are also weeks two and week three, but I didn’t post them because they are just about identical to this one.

21 day fix

I plan to track my meals and workouts here!

This is the calorie range that I fall under, according to the meal planning guide. I’m not going to lie, I struggle to stay this low!

After drawing the boxes out I had this large space to the left, so I wrote in the week and the date.I try to practice being creative any chance I get! I did draw all of these out at once. They take a bit of time, but it’s worth it to get it out of the way up front!

This is where I’m going to keep a list of my meals.

These boxes will be filled in throughout the day, and they represent the different colored containers. And of course, I listed the days’ workout at the bottom too!
