My Husband’s 1% Planner
When I first met my husband, I was highly impressed when I found out he owned a Franklin Covey. While it is a fantastic system, and I used it for many years myself, he never did get the hang of using it.
When he left his corporate job and joined me full-time in our photography business, our mission became to find a system that works for him.
Enter, the 1% Planner
Let’s dive into the details! This planner comes with 3 ribbon bookmarks.
It has a woven band to keep it closed. This is very useful when you are throwing your planner into a bag or purse. There is nothing worse than bent pages!
I love the linen fabric cover, but it does pick up dust easily. I’m sure it will wipe right off with a damp cloth though.
Unfortunately, it did not come with a pen holder, so my husband attached one on his own. They can be purchased on Amazon, and while they are a great price, the Hobonichi pen does not fit in it.
90-Day Productivity Cycle
Each planner covers one-quarter of the year. This goal-setting framework, called OKRs, helps you prioritize and figure out what and how to easily accomplish your goals.
There is a dedicated space to plan out your quarter and return to when you are ready to review your progress.
Weekly Planner & Review
This space lets you plan out your weekly tasks in each of life’s major areas:
– Body & Mind
– Personal Growth
– Work & Career
– Fun & Enjoyment
– Family & Friends
– Romantic Relationship
Daily Planner
The daily planner comes with space for goals of the day, moods or emotions, as well as reflections and gratitude. My husband loves the space on the right page. Sometimes he will draw doodles, or take notes.
And other times he will create a simple to-do list.
All of the pages are numbered and the notebook has pretty thin paper. It is made from a Moleskine notebook.
Habit Tracker and Affirmation Cards
They also include these awesome habit trackers and affirmation cards!
Unfortunately, this planner website doesn’t seem to be around anymore. So here are some similar planners that I found.
