The product looks great. I get compliments all the time. But, they advertise a lifetime guarantee and talk about how this is so well made.

My tote ripped along the seam. I reached out about a repair (they claim free repairs). They refused. They claim that they only honor free repairs if it is damaged through regular use. I use the thing for shopping and it ripped on the damn seam. If that isn’t covered then nothing is. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE NOT HONEST.
