Weekly View
The first thing that jumps out at me for week eleven in my Common Planner is how many naps I took! It’s been a busy season for our Sports Photography business, so they have been very much-needed naps.
One of the reasons I like to track my days in a weekly view is so that I can catch patterns easily. I like to wake up at 4:00 am and be in bed by 10:00, but I haven’t been doing so great at that.
We had a lot of shoots over the weekend, so I blessed the corner of this week with a camera doodle that I got from my favorite doodle book: Cute Kawaii Doodles
Daily Pages
The 14th was the last of my positive quote run. I didn’t have time to find and write them out this week, but I still left the space blank in case I had some time for doodling. That never happened.
I have been enjoying having my journal and planner all in one place, but I have been neglecting my Traveler’s Notebook. I miss printing pictures and stuffing my pages with ephemera, but I’m sure I will get back into that again soon.
Hobonichi Weeks
I’m still trying to figure out my business planner! The layout needs work, and I need to figure out what pen and ink I want to use.
Even though this is a Hobonichi planner, the paper is very different than in the Hobonichi Cousin. I really don’t care for the cream color paper and that there is not a grid on the left page.
Maybe I should search for an alternative. Any suggestions?
Current Pen & Ink
I started using the Rohrer & Klingner Sketch Ink again, and I think I am going to stick with it. The Platinum preppy and the color Lilly make the perfect combo for me!
