About the GIrl
How it All Started
Hi there! I’m Dia, and welcome to my blog about planners and productivity. I’m a planner enthusiast who loves to stay organized and productive in all areas of my life. I believe that by taking the time to plan and organize your life, you can reduce stress and accomplish more of your goals.
My obsession with planners started at a pretty young age. I longed to have that clear ring binder planner from Barnes and Noble, but it never happened. I was always a well-organized person, but I really tapped into my planning potential when I bought my first Franklin Covey. I was obsessed with trying to find the best methods for keeping my family organized. While I enjoy and still use digital planning methods, there is nothing better than the feeling of pen on paper!
Raising six children with active schedules and running a full-time photography business was a challenge, to say the least. But having everything written out and stored safely in my planners eased so much of my anxiety!
I started this blog to share my passion for planning in analog, and to help others discover the benefits of using a planner in their daily lives. I’ll be sharing tips and tricks for creating a planner that works for you, as well as advice for staying productive and organized in all aspects of your life.
In addition to my love of planning, I also enjoy sharing self-development tips that have helped me become a better version of myself. I believe that personal growth is essential for living a fulfilling life, and I’m excited to share my insights with you.
Aside from planning and self-development, I love sharing my life and the things I enjoy with my readers. You’ll find posts about my favorite hobbies, books, and TV shows, as well as updates on my personal life.
Thank you for joining me on this journey towards a more organized, productive, and fulfilling life. Let’s get planning!
Side note:
My planning methods are forever evolving and changing. It’s normal for your planning methods to change as your life changes. What worked for you before may not work for you now, and that’s okay. It’s important to try different planning methods to find what works best for you. This can be fun and exciting!

Planning is as natural to the process of success, as it's absence is to the process of failure.
