ChicSparrow TN – Pocket Planner Setup
I just had to do an update on this ChicSparrow and my Pocket Planner Setup! This is the most beautiful leather I have ever laid eyes or hands on. If Jennifer made a personal-size, ring-bound planner in this leather, it would be over. Hands down I would choose it over any other leather, even over the Malden. I regret any doubt I had when I first opened this notebook, about the pen loop. I’ve never liked having them in the past, but I love this one.
I originally planned on using this Nightingale as a referral notebook, but the moment I touched it, I knew I had to use it every day. I love planning in my personal size Malden, so the only other option was to replace my Mr. Darcy wallet. You guys, I just cannot tell you how much I love handling this leather. It is just so buttery soft!
Here is a peek into my wallet! Check out the video below if you’d like to see a more detailed look and my opinion of this Chic Sparrow.
It’s already gotten a few scratches…it actually scratched pretty easily, but I like it.
I haven’t put anything in the pockets yet, but I’m on the search for something as beautiful as this planner! My first insert is a notebook I made out of Tomoe River paper.
I just like to flip through it when I have a moment because I have filled it with positive quotes, and of course, who doesn’t like the sound and feel of Tomoe River paper?!
My next insert is from Amazon, and this is where I keep my cards, cash, checks and coupons. I just stacked two on top of each other and inserted them through one string. I tried to post the picture of the cash zipper pocket, but Photoshop wouldn’t let me open it to edit it because it had cash in it…crazy right?! Guess they want to make sure no one creates fake money 🙂
I made dashboard covers a while back from scrapbook paper and laminated them. Just helps with the separation of sections in my wallet…and of course, they look cute.
Lastly, I purchased some dashboard covers from Chic Sparrow, and used them as picture holders.
And here is the back pocket. This is where I will eventually train myself to put receipts 😉
Side view (How awkward am I holding this thing?!) I just have to mention the pen loop again! Not only does it fit a decent size pen, but it also doesn’t pull on the stitching as the previous version did, and it doesn’t smash my inserts. LOVE IT!!!!
