I’m sharing my 2026 ring planner setup inside my Gillio planner and walking through how I’m planning to use it for the year.
This setup is all about creating a planner system that feels functional, pretty, and realistic for everyday life. I love using rings because they give me the flexibility to move things around, refresh sections, and build a planner that actually works for the season I’m in.

Inside my 2026 ring planner setup
In this video, I’m sharing a closer look at my personal ring planner setup for 2026, including how I’m organizing my sections, how I’m thinking through my planning needs, and why this Gillio planner is part of my system for the year.
I’ve learned that the best planner setup is not always the most complicated one. For me, it needs to be something I want to open every day, but it also has to be practical enough to keep up with real life.
Why I’m using a ring planner for 2026
Ring planners are one of my favorite systems because they are so easy to customize. I can add pages, remove sections, test new layouts, and change things as the year goes on.
For 2026, I want a planner that helps me stay grounded with my schedule, routines, goals, wellness, and everyday notes without feeling overwhelming. This setup gives me a place to keep the pieces of my life together in a way that still feels simple and flexible.
